In addition to comprehensive Japanese lessons, Ogihara-sensei can provide lessons focused on business Japanese, keigo (Japanese honorific language), travel Japanese, and other topics. She can also include information you want to learn before traveling to or relocating to Japan.
Lessons can be conducted in Japanese only, or in English or Spanish only, according to your preference.
Following each lesson, Ogihara-sensei emails a summary of the lesson for your study and review.
Homework is available if desired.
Periodic progress reports are available if desired.
Ogihara-sensei says of herself: “I am always looking to challenge myself to learn something new. The latest is jazz piano, which I started learning a year ago. I've been close to giving up several times already, but each time I set an easy, near-term goal and keep working at it.
